Dr. Renato Almanzor
Dr. Renato Almanzor is a transformation catalyst, whose experience emerges from 30 years developing leaders committed to equitable communities, multicultural organizations, and social justice.
Much of his work has been dedicated to supporting community leaders working with and in low-income communities and communities of color. In addition to teaching at various universities, Dr. Almanzor has held executive roles at UC Berkeley, Oakland Unified School District, LeaderSpring, and East Oakland Building Healthy Communities, as well as provided consulting through the Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools, now the National Equity Project.
As a leadership expert, he delivers leadership development programs, keynote addresses, workshops and seminars on issues related to leadership for equity, cultural diversity, mindfulness, and social change. His professional practice ranges from executive coaching and strategic planning to change management consulting and team development.
Dr. Almanzor received his Ph.D. and M.A. in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, his M.S. in counseling from San Diego State University, and his B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Davis.

Dr. Carole McKindley Alvarez,
Dr. Carole McKindley-Alvarez, PsyD (she/her) has provided consultation and training on mental health services for over 20 years locally and nationally, including training for the CA Association of Local Behavioral Health Boards and Commissions (CALBHB/C). Cultural relevance is a core focus of her work. Dr. McKindley-Alvarez is a professor, a psychologist and a consultant on organizational systemic change.

Dr. Macheo Payne, Ed.D. MSW
Dr. Macheo Payne has a demonstrated history of working with local government and community based non-profit orgs. Macheo is a social worker, skilled in organizational leadership, mental health, youth development and working with families. Macheo is a systems change thinker/doer with a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from San Francisco State University. Macheo is a motivator. He works best in diverse teams, charged with solving some of societies biggest problems using transformational approaches that are human & healing centered.
